Privacy

Cynxio Bench is operated by Cynxio. This page covers bench.cynxio.com. Cynxio accounts are covered by the Cynxio privacy policy.

What we record

• The pages you open and the comparisons you enlarge.
• Whether you hide contestant names, and when you download an original image.
• The site that linked you here, your device type and your browser family.
• Your approximate location: country and city.

What we do not store

• Your IP address. It is used once, to look up the approximate location and to build an anonymous visitor number, and is then discarded.
• Any tracking identifier in your browser. The anonymous visitor number changes every day, so visits on different days cannot be linked to each other.

For this reason the site shows no cookie banner. It carries no advertising and uses no third-party analytics.

Kept on your device

Your appearance choice, your choice to hide names and the order used for hidden names are kept in your browser storage. They are not sent to us.

Sign-in

Visitors do not sign in. One page for the site owner uses a Cynxio account and a sign-in cookie.

How long we keep it

Usage records are kept without a fixed end date. They contain no IP address.

Service providers

Error reports are processed by Sentry. Approximate location lookup uses the IP to City Lite database by DB-IP, stored on our own server. Pages and images are delivered through Cloudflare.
